We've again updated the ActiVeg vegan shoes page with the latest information we've gathered on kids (and adults) shoes. This ranges from hiking boots to dance shoes to what to wear to school or a wedding. Let us know if there are any discoveries you have made that we should add in there!

Meet the Manufacturer a great success, Vegsoc Approved is out and about
On Sunday 20 February 2011, the Vegetarian Society hosted a special event - Meet the Manufacturer. This day-long event, the first of its kind in the UK, brought vegetarian product manufacturers and vegetarian consumers together. The event was a great success. Over 600 people attended the event, took part in feedback and sampling sessions, and received free goody bags and samples from Vegetarian Society Approved clients. Cookery demonstrations from the Cordon Vert Cookery School took place throughout the day and proved to be a very popular attraction.
