Head Chef wanted for restaurant serving Healthy Organic Gluten free food suitable for Vegans & Vegetarians. This Restaurant is well known for its very friendly atmosphere. It is located in a very busy and bubbly part of Brighton and also caters for outside events such as banquets and weddings.
Great opportunity for Head Chef to take control of this well established busy restaurant looking after a team of 10 in the kitchen and taking on the full management of the kitchen from working on menus to GP controls and Health and Safety. You will be working closely with the owners to ensure and to continue the successful progression of this very well loved Vegetarian Restaurant.
Previous experience in working with Vegetarian dishes an advantage and a passion for good food a MUST!!!
