A study sponsored by Total Greek Yogurt for National Vegetarian Week discovered that '41% of people... said if they knew more about vegetarian recipes and tastier options they would consider giving up meat themselves.'

We've always known that recipes are what people like best when you are handing out leaflets, but this really proves it's what could make all the difference!

There's a fantastic new 'meat-free made easy' booklet by the VegSoc where most of the recipes are vegan and all are easily convertible, plus matching recipe cards that are all vegan so completely inclusive. Plus Animal Aid and Viva! have some great recipe booklets too. Order some and spread them everywhere - libraries, schools, notice boards, waiting rooms, trains, etc! Just ask if it's okay if you are not sure.

And the web if full of great recipes, see ActiVeg's recommendations!
