From the website: Maple Bakery uses organic or local products where it can and works ethically but above all we make unbelievably delicious desserts. I have friends who are vegan, vegetarian, diabetic and allergic or intolerant to wheat. I hate that they are faced with a wasteland of uninspired, less than delicious cakes and desserts. Or, even worse, no options at all! So you will always find lip-smacking cakes, cookies and treas for those with dietary restrictions or choices at Maple Bakery.
