Free food fairs are for people who have not made their mind up about vegan food. Vegans and friends are really welcome to come along and help set up and serve and talk to punters - it's a fantastic positive buzz you get from doing this. So that the maximum number of non-vegans get to taste how lovely our food is, vegans are encouraged to help out and leave the food for the uninitiated!
If you want to help at a free food fair please contact the event organiser as long in advance as possible, particularly if you are planning to bring food, for which recipes are requested in advance so therse can be made into a recipe book for the punters.
