Cookery demo: 'cooking for kids of all ages'

Want some ideas of what to prepare when you have kids to visit, and get tips for wat works for event the fussiest non-vegan kids, as well as the most adorable vegan ones?

We'll be doing food that's simple enough for kids to help prepare, with varied ideas from the super healthy to the more questionable but still yummy. And of course, you won't have to be a kid to enjoy it!

This demo will compliment the vegan parenting workshop earlier in the day, but will also stand alone.

Tatum cutting her 3rd birthday cake This interactive cookery demo will be run by friendly experienced people with great practical ideas and simple inspiration: Sandra Hood (Dietician and author of 'Feeding your vegan infant with confidence') and Sophie Fenwick-Paul (of ActiVeg.org, and a vegan parent and veggie cookery demonstrator).

newborn baby girl photo You'll come away enthused with simple things you can make for kids and adults to eat, where you're likely to get smiles all round. We'll also slot in some practical ways of slotting in those rarer nutrients, such as essential fatty acids and B12.

Booking is not required, so just turn up. Kids as well as adults are likely to enjoy this one!
