Would you like to have kids but want to know if it can be done the vegan way? Are you a vegan parent lacking confidence? Are you a vegan parent with tips to share? Whatever the case, this workshop is for you.

It's being held in the Campaigns talks section of the Bristol Vegan Fayre, so come along and sit at the back or join in at the front!

This interactive workshop will be run by friendly experienced people with great practical ideas with simple inspiration: Sandra Hood (Dietician and author of 'Feeding your vegan infant with confidence') and Sophie Fenwick-Paul (vegan parent and ActiVeg.org founder, along with Stephen Fenwick-Paul & kids).

You'll also have a clear idea of who to turn to when you need support and reassurance in a world where vegan families are a bit of a novelty.

Booking is not required, so just turn up, maybe bringing in some yummy food samples to nibble as you sit there. That's the best way to keep any kids there happy too!
